Are you ready to join our team?

We believe that by focusing on the tax incentives that support growing businesses, we’re playing a role in growing the economy. If a business owner knows what their tax costs will be in advance, it gives them the ability to make better decisions. Unexpected tax costs can knock a business off course and our role is to manage that risk.

We also believe that it is the role of professional advisers to advise, and not to sit on the fence.

We’re growing our team that supports accountants and legal advisers with the less familiar tax aspects of investments.

Our mantra is ‘only do what only you can do’. We’re always looking for people that can complement our team, freeing us up to focus more on the areas in which we each add our greatest value.

New ways of working demand transformation in the world of professional services. We’re eager to rise to that challenge.

If you would like to join us on that journey, you’ll find an engaging environment and a varied workload of problem solving and planning for a huge range of clients. We don’t have set expectations about professional experience or industry knowledge and we’re keen to help harness the talents of those that join the team.

If you’ve got an eye for detail and a passion for innovation, get in touch.

Working remotely.

Some of our best thinking happens in open spaces. We embrace the opportunity to be more flexible in our working patterns. We’ve abandoned the big office set up and the commute. Video calls and remote collaboration work well for us.

Our team values time together which tends to be up a hill or on a bike somewhere remote. Fresh air breeds fresh thinking.
